This policy explains what CanDoMore ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. CanDoMore is currently in a small early-access program.

What we collect

When you apply through the early-access form we collect only what you type into it:

• Name and work email address
• Profession or role, and (optionally) your website or portfolio
• Your primary work channel and what you would want your Identity to handle

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. Your browser and our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address and request logs, which is needed to deliver the site securely.

• To review your application and contact you about the early-access cohort
• To understand which kinds of professionals and workflows we should build for

We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Submissions are saved in a private Google Sheet and a notification email is sent to our team, using Google Workspace services. The website is hosted on Vercel, and page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to those providers when you visit. Each provider handles data under its own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep application details while the early-access program is running and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Submissions go to a restricted spreadsheet that only our team can open, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you gave us, or withdraw from the early-access list at any time. Applicable data protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, may give you additional rights. To make a request, contact us through the early-access form on the home page and tell us what you would like us to do.

Children

This site is intended for professionals and is not directed at children under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
